MLA, also known as Micro Lens Arrays, consists of transmissive lenses arranged in an array of microlens units. The material is fused silica, and the microlens units are arranged in a hexagonal or square shape in a honeycomb structure on the lens surface. The manufacturing method generally employs semiconductor etching technology. It is mainly used in medical laser equipment to generate fractional light.
Thatshigh can support customized honeycomb lenses. The minimum diameter of the customized sub-unit is 1μm, the maximum can reach over 1100μm, and the filling factor can reach over 98%.
